Waking Up with Theo

Nowadays, Theo is waking up around 2-3am, nursing, and going back to sleep (provided either Walter or I cuddle with him) until about 7:30 or 8am.  Unfortunately, I have to wake up by 6:30am to prepare Lulu's lunch and help her get out the door, so it's been a bit rough on me even if he's only waking up once during the night.  After Walter and Lulu leave at 7:30, if Theo's still asleep, then I try to crawl back into bed with him until he wakes again.

This morning, he was up at 7:30, so I nursed him and then we had a nice time hanging out together for a while.

Special Mau-Mau Time.

I shot some sweet photos of Theo and Mau-Mau the night before she left.  We had spent that day making Lulu feel special, so it only seemed fair to show Theo a little extra attention, too.  We all went to Fairytale Town and then had frozen yogurt on the way home.  So these photos were taken after dinner while Lulu was in the bath.

Chiro

One of the things the lactation consultant suggested when diagnosing Theo with tongue-tie was taking him to a chiropractor that specialized in tiny babies, especially those with tongue-tie.

in the waiting room.

So, Theo and I have made several trips to see her since he was 2 weeks old.  I have noticed that he seems looser and better able to turn his head after getting an adjustment.  Since she's been here, Mau-Mau has come with us.  This photo really reminds me of this one (also taken in a waiting room).

He is getting better at holding his adjustment longer and we are hopeful that he will be done soon.
